Naples and Collier County
Where we work
The plumbing is not the same across this county. A house whose street was paved in the 1950s, one sold in 1960 with no utilities at all, and one built after 2000 have different pipe underneath and fail in different ways. These are the differences worth knowing.

North Naples
Planned communities and condominiums, so responsibility for a pipe is often split.
Golden Gate
Sold in 1960 with no utilities. Wells and septic here, county sewer there.
Pine Ridge
Acreage lots from the 1960s, which puts a long private lateral in every yard.
Lely Resort
Built out after 2000, past both the cast iron and polybutylene eras.
Naples Park
Streets paved in the late 1950s, squarely inside the cast iron window.
Marco Island
Opened in 1965 and built across the material boundary, so phase decides the pipe.
Bonita Springs
Lee County, and grown in the 1980s and 90s. Young enough that age is rarely the fault.
